Transactions status model

Deposit Status Model

The process of handling deposits for different cryptocurrencies may vary so the following changes in deposit status are possible.

Successfully processed deposit

Deposits in Cryptocurrencies Without Service Transfers (Bitcoin, Ripple, ...)

Pending

Deposit is being processed

SuccessFinalized
Deposit is successfully processed and credited to your balance and finalized,
fee is finally fixed

Cryptocurrency Deposits with service transfers (Ethereum, Tron)

Pending
Deposit is being processed

Success
Deposit is successfully
received to the user's address
funds can be added to the user's account
but these funds have not yet been credited to your balance

SuccessFinalized
Deposit is successfully processed,
credited to your balance and finalized,
fee is finally fixed

Cryptocurrency Deposits with service transfers and deferred commission calculation (Tether)

Pending
Deposit is being processed

Success
Deposit is successfully
received to the user's address
funds can be added to the user's account,
but these funds have not yet been credited to your balance

SuccessBalanceFinalized
Deposit is credited to your balance,
you can spend these funds,
but fee is not final yet

SuccessFinalized
Deposit is successfully processed,
added to your balance and finalized,
fee is finally fixed

Failed deposit processing
